Function Health Links Lab Data to Meta's New AI Agent Muse

Austin, Texas -- September 8, 2026 -- Function members can now securely connect their personal health data to Muse, Meta's newly launched personal AI agent, the company announced.

Muse joins ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity in Function's expanding network of AI connectors, letting members feed their lab results and health insights directly into the AI tools they already use daily.

Muse can turn lab results into actionable health plans

Once connected, Muse draws on a member's Function lab results and clinician-reviewed summaries to inform goals and tasks. Members can ask Muse how a specific lab result compares to their optimal range, have it build or adjust a plan toward a health goal using their own data as context, or let it flag and follow up when it's time to schedule the next Function lab visit.

Bond Market Clouds Gather as Stocks Hit Record Highs, Warns Analyst

Itzehoe – September 09, 2026 -- While the Dax and Dow Jones post fresh records and corporate profits climb on AI enthusiasm, rising bond yields are quietly reshaping the risk calculus for stock investors, according to Jörg Wiechmann, managing director of the Itzehoer Aktien Club.

Yields on long-term government bonds have surged globally in recent weeks. Investors can now earn more than 5 percent on 30-year US Treasury bonds, while Germany's government must pay nearly 4 percent interest to its creditors.

US national debt surpasses $40 trillion

Wiechmann points to ballooning government debt as a key driver of the bond market unease. The United States has just crossed the $40 trillion debt threshold, and rising interest rates mean the cost of servicing that debt is projected to reach $1.2 trillion this year.
