New Las Vegas Facility Offers Residential Mental Health Care for Teens
Las Vegas -- Rise Adolescent Treatment Center admitted its first patients on August 13, 2026, opening a new residential option for teenagers ages 12 to 17 in Las Vegas struggling with mental health concerns, substance use, or both.
The facility is a Nevada-licensed Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility located at 6233 Palmyra Avenue.
Care combines clinical treatment with daily structure, supervised support, academic continuity, recreation, and family involvement. Beyond full residential care, Rise also runs Partial Hospitalization Programs and an Intensive Outpatient Program, giving families options depending on the level of support a teen needs.
