Philadelphia – October 01, 2026 -- FP Movement, the activewear brand under Free People, launches its first-ever exclusive colorway collaboration with French mountain sports brand Salomon on Thursday, October 1, reworking two of Salomon's signature shoes with bold new finishes.

The collection reimagines two Salomon classics with vivid palettes

The Salomon XT-6, priced at $185, gets an ombré treatment blending pink, mint, and ivory with vivid green accents, while retaining the shoe's responsive cushioning, ACS stability technology, and Quicklace lacing system. The Salomon XT-Whisper, priced at $145, takes on warm washes of coral, blush, and peach paired with saturated purple and blue accents across its wavy SensiFit construction, alongside EVA and OrthoLite cushioning.

Chengde – September 30, 2026 -- The Jinshanling Great Wall Trail Race wrapped Sunday as the penultimate and final points-scoring stop of the 2026 SALOMON Golden Trail World Series before the season-ending Grand Final. Thirty-six elite runners lined up on the ancient stone course, one of the strongest international fields ever assembled for a race in China.

Founded by SALOMON in 2018, the Golden Trail World Series stages short, fast races on landmark terrain with the sport's top athletes. This marked the second year the series has returned to the Great Wall, and the third season overall for SALOMON's racing project in China.
