San Francisco – October 13, 2026 -- Aonic Club, a new membership service, lets members buy products at cost with no retail markup. Founding members pay $49 for the first year, a launch rate that undercuts the regular $99 first-year fee.
The service starts with Aonic's existing catalog of protein and supplement products. A waitlist for membership opens October 13 at aoniclife.com.
Membership fees replace product markups
Aonic says traditional retail prices stack markups from brokers, distributors, brands and retailers. To remove those layers, it sources ingredients directly, controls its formulas and production, and sells online to members.
Membership is the company's only source of profit. After the first year, the fee rises to $149. The company says it uses AI to improve sourcing and operations, and relies on its community and product value to cut marketing spend.
Members vote on what Aonic makes next
Members help decide which new products Aonic develops and give feedback on existing ones. Co-founder Senada Greca, a fitness and wellness figure with more than 12 million social media followers, brings an established community to that process. She said members pay what products cost and vote on what the company makes next.
Co-founder and CEO Max Meier framed the launch around inflation. He argued that big companies have powerful technology but fall short of using it to help people pay less.
Aonic cites polls on cost-of-living worries
The company points to a September 2026 CNN poll in which 48% of Americans said AI is hurting their own finances, while 18% said it is helping. A Marquette Law School national poll released in September 2026 rated inflation and the cost of living as the public's most important issue.
Groceries, beauty and pet food are planned for 2027
Aonic plans to extend the model to groceries, beauty, personal care, pet food and household essentials, categories it values at about $1.5 trillion a year, no later than 2027. The company aims to price every new product at least 15% below Costco and at least 40% below the leading brand.
