Top Chef alumnus leads a globally inspired menu

Bar Development Leader Jay Jones, a Restaurant Hall of Fame inductee, and Group Sommelier Jason Yamasaki will run the beverage program, featuring cocktails such as the Sarti Spritz, The Good Life Margarita, Woodsmoked Old Fashioned, JOEY Martini and the JOEY Supers highball.
The design reimagines the site's former identity as a pool lounge
The restaurant's interior centers on an indoor alfresco space with a fully operable skylight and perimeter windows, plus a fire bowl lounge and a curved millwork wine display near the entrance.
A gallery wall features works by artists America Martin, B Shawn Cox and James Wolanin, anchored by a custom piece from Mina Eskandari referencing the location's past as a day lounge and pool destination.
"Uptown Dallas has one of the most energetic dining communities in the country, and expanding in Texas is a significant milestone for our brand," said Layne Krienke, president of JOEY Restaurants.
