Singapore – September 11, 2026 -- Trip.Gourmet, the food and dining brand of Trip.com Group, has released its 2027 Fine Dining List, recognising 744 restaurants across 105 cities and 40 countries and regions to mark the brand's tenth anniversary. The list was unveiled in partnership with Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore, gathering restaurant partners, culinary experts and media for the launch.
The rankings split restaurants into three tiers: 60 Black Diamond, the top distinction, 160 Diamond and 524 Platinum. This year adds 34 new destinations across Europe, North America, Oceania, Asia, South America and Africa, growing the list from a single-market ranking a decade ago into an index now spanning 66 countries and regions and 462 destinations overall.
Asia-Pacific dominates the rankings by sheer volume
Asia-Pacific accounts for 478 restaurants -- nearly two-thirds of the global total -- across 51 cities and 32 Black Diamond honours, led by Tokyo, Shanghai and Beijing. Europe covers the widest geographic spread, with restaurants in 20 countries and 35 cities and 23 Black Diamond honours, anchored by Paris and London. The Americas contribute 63 restaurants across 14 cities led by New York, while a new frontier covering South Asia, the Middle East and Africa adds 17 restaurants across five cities, including Dubai and Cape Town.
Singapore lands 27 restaurants, including three Black Diamond winners
As host city, Singapore claims 3 Black Diamond, 8 Diamond and 16 Platinum restaurants. Odette, Les Amis and Restaurant Labyrinth take the Black Diamond spots, while Zén, JAAN by Kirk Westaway and Summer Pavilion earn Diamond recognition. Chen Si, Chief Operating Officer of Resorts World Sentosa, said the resort -- home to more than 60 restaurants -- was proud to host the global celebration.
New booking tools turn the list into bookable trips
Trip.Gourmet is rolling out Global Table Booking, connecting more than 43,600 restaurants worldwide -- nearly 40,000 of them overseas -- to its booking network. A new WOW Privileges programme gives Black Diamond members of Trip.com Group access to more than 320 scarce seats across the year at hard-to-book restaurants, released on the first of every month, with perks like priority seating and chef's greetings. A separate China Travel Culinary List, live in 30 cities and expanding toward 100, aims to help international visitors navigate menus and bookings in China.
