Irvine, Calif. – October 29, 2026 -- BOTOX Cosmetic Day returns on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2026, and Allē loyalty members can double a $50 gift card for treatments at participating providers. Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, calls the offer its biggest of the year.
The gift card deal opens at 9 a.m. PT on Nov. 18
Allē members who buy a $50 gift card that day, starting at 9 a.m. PT, receive a second $50 card at no cost, while supplies last. The cards can be used personally or given as gifts. They are redeemable for future BOTOX Cosmetic treatments with participating Allē providers.
A separate referral offer runs through November. Members who refer a friend get $50 off any qualifying Allē product or treatment, and so does the friend. The friend must register for Allē between Nov. 1 and 30 and get treated, and must consent for the referrer to qualify. Each member is limited to one referral offer.
Now in its eighth year, the day centers on consultations
New and existing patients are invited to book a comprehensive consultation with a licensed aesthetic specialist to discuss personalized options. The holiday falls on the third Wednesday of November each year and is listed on the National Day Registry.
Dermatologist Dr. Anthony Rossi, an Allergan Medical Institute trainer, says most of his patients want to look like themselves, "just with fewer lines."
BOTOX Cosmetic is approved for four areas of the face and neck
According to Allergan Aesthetics, BOTOX Cosmetic is the only FDA-approved neurotoxin in the U.S. that temporarily improves the look of four areas in adults. They are moderate to severe frown lines, crow's feet, forehead lines and platysma bands, the vertical bands connecting the neck and jaw. It was the first neurotoxin the FDA approved for aesthetic use, in 2002.
In phase 3 clinical trials, full results for the upper facial lines appeared in 30 days. In a phase 4 study, 90.5% of patients said they were "mostly satisfied" or "very satisfied" with how natural their results looked at Day 30. That was the study's primary endpoint.

The Allē program gives members exclusive offers and rewards on aesthetic treatments. It is the first loyalty program in aesthetics to let members earn points on more than 50 non-Allergan Aesthetics treatments and brands.
