OptimalFit Launches AI Fitness App With Nutrition and Training in One

Dallas – October 19, 2026 -- OptimalFit, a new AI-powered fitness platform, is available in the United States and Canada on iOS and Google mobile devices. Charter Member pricing is $19.95 per month or $199 per year.

Joel Freeman, creator of the BODi programs LIIFT4, LIIFT MORE and 10 ROUNDS, and his wife Megan Freeman, a PNBA Natural Olympia World Champion and NPC competitor, spent more than two years developing the platform. It launched October 18, 2026.

Nutrition and training run through one connected system

Users can set individualized nutrition targets, track food intake, create recipes and plan meals around their goals, dietary preferences and nutritional needs. Workout programming adjusts to equipment availability, schedules, fitness levels and changing circumstances.

Instead of rigid meal plans or disconnected tracking tools, nutrition stays linked to training and progress.

Olli, the AI assistant, adjusts plans as needs change

Olli was developed and refined over more than a year. It weighs a user's goals, preferences, training history, nutrition and progress to customize workouts, develop recipes, guide nutritional decisions and update plans.

The founders built from scratch after rejecting white-label options

After exploring existing white-label fitness platforms, the Freemans concluded that none delivered the integration, customization and adaptability they wanted. Joel Freeman, co-founder and CEO, said they wanted nutrition, training and progress "to work together."

Megan Freeman, co-founder, said the goal is to make personalized guidance more accessible, so people can adapt without starting over.
