Berlin – September 08, 2026 -- Hisense used IFA 2026 to unveil V AIOS, a new operating system designed to link televisions, mobile devices and home appliances into a single AI-driven ecosystem, while also confirming it will remain an official partner of the UEFA European Championship through 2028.
V AIOS turns household devices into an AI ecosystem
V AIOS builds on Hisense's existing VIDAA OS and ConnectLife platforms, aiming to connect TVs, phones and appliances so they respond to household habits rather than requiring manual control. The system uses edge AI to process data locally, with Hisense emphasizing privacy and transparency in how it handles user information.
Paired with a new AI Companion Suite, the platform can suggest recipes based on ingredients on hand and automatically select matching oven settings, adjust laundry programs for different fabric types, or regulate room climate according to individual preferences.
Hisense extends a decade-long UEFA sponsorship to 2028
Hisense became the first Chinese company to sponsor a UEFA European Championship in 2016. At UEFA EURO 2024, the company supplied official Video Assistant Referee (VAR) monitors. The newly confirmed deal makes Hisense an official partner for UEFA EURO 2028, marking its fourth consecutive Euros as a sponsor.
Catherine Fang, Vice President of Hisense Group, said the company has grown from a brand sponsor into UEFA's dedicated display-technology partner over the past decade.
UEFA marketing director Guy-Laurent Epstein said the continued partnership across four straight tournaments reflects a shared goal of creating memorable experiences for fans.
Hisense's revenue doubled to $31.4 billion in a decade
The company now operates in more than 160 markets with 41 production sites and 32 R&D centers worldwide. Its total revenue reached $31.4 billion in 2025, double what it was ten years earlier.
Gorenje earns EcoVadis Platinum for a second consecutive year
Hisense Europe's production organization, which includes appliance brand Gorenje, received the EcoVadis Platinum medal for the second year running, placing it among the top one percent of over 150,000 companies assessed globally. Gorenje is the only major home appliance maker to receive this top EcoVadis rating twice in a row.
Products from Hisense, Gorenje and ASKO are on display at the Hisense stand in Hall 23a during IFA 2026.
