USJ Taipan – October 12, 2026 -- A single full-size cervical pillow from Malaysian brand NeckPro now covers three jobs: sleeping, seated back support and desktop resting. The NeckPro Basinov Multi-Ergo Cervical Pillow measures 69 × 42 × 13 cm and launched in December 2025.
A professional chiropractic body assessed all three uses
ASEAN Records has recognised the Basinov as the first full-size cervical cooling pillow assessed for three ergonomic applications by a professional chiropractic body. The pillow is a single moulded form, produced in-house by a foam manufacturer operating since 2003.
Its basin-shaped contour follows the natural curves of the head, neck and upper body. It is designed to support alignment and pressure distribution for both back and side sleepers. The same pillow can serve as lumbar support during long periods of sitting and as a rest for short breaks at a desk.
Moira-Foam and Turkish cooling fabric handle comfort and heat
The Basinov uses Moira-FoamTM in a medium-firm construction intended to give consistent structural support. Sanitized® Moira-FoamTM is positioned to protect against dust mites, bacteria and fungus.
The cover uses Extreme Cool 6X Fabric Technology, built with imported cooling fabric from Turkey. It is designed to feel cooler to the touch and help regulate heat during rest. Together, the features are meant to support neck, shoulder and back comfort while reducing pressure.
The contour and incline are also designed to support the head and upper body in ways that may help reduce neck and shoulder tension and improve sleep comfort.

ASEAN Records presented the recognition on 28 September 2026 at the NeckPro Experience Store in USJ Taipan. Koo Ye Fei, Director of Carest Bedding Sdn Bhd, accepted it on stage on behalf of the development and production team. Wong Yi Kai, President of ACM, witnessed the presentation.
Koo said the goal was to make ergonomic support more practical for daily life, with one pillow replacing separate products for sleeping, sitting and resting.
