Each of the five locations currently holds an average Google rating of 4.8 or 4.9 stars.
The practice grew from one Irving office in 2009 to five locations today
Founder Dr. Kalpesh Patel opened the first Active Dental office in Irving in 2009. The practice has since expanded to Plano, Frisco, Flower Mound and Prosper, building its review total across routine cleanings, children's checkups, restorative work and same-day emergency visits at every office.
