New App Turns Your Apple Watch Data Into Sound Therapy Sessions

Tulsa – October 06, 2026 -- Soaak Technologies has launched Find My Frequency (FMF), an app that reads biometric data from wearables like Apple Watch, Garmin, Google/Fitbit, ŌURA and WHOOP and turns it into personalized sound-frequency sessions aimed at improving sleep, stress and recovery. The platform is available now through the Soaak app on iOS and Android, with a free trial offered at soaak.com.

The app closes the loop between tracking and action
After two years of development, Soaak built FMF to address a gap it identifies in the wearable industry: devices measure sleep, heart-rate variability and stress but don't tell users what to do about the numbers. FMF works in four steps -- it measures biometrics from a connected wearable, lets users type, speak or select how they feel, generates a personalized sound-frequency composition based on that data, then shows the measured change on the same wearable.
