baraka App Now Lets UAE Investors Trade DFM and ADX Stocks in AED

Dubai – September 15, 2026 -- Eligible customers of the investment app baraka can now buy shares listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) directly through their existing account, with local trades funded in AED. The DIFC-based platform, regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority, says the move gives its users from more than 100 nationalities access to nearly 10,000 local and global assets in one place.

Younger investors are driving the platform's growth.
More than 70% of baraka's investors are under 35, and by August the number of customers trading UAE stocks through the app had grown more than 25 times from its pre-launch pilot. The most popular picks include Emaar Properties, ADNOC Gas, ADNOC Distribution, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and Salik.
