American Regent Recalls Epinephrine Injection Vials Over Contamination Risk
New Albany, Ohio – September 08, 2026 -- American Regent, Inc. is voluntarily recalling three lots of Epinephrine Injection, USP 30 mg/30 mL (1 mg/mL) multi dose vials nationwide, down to the consumer level.
Customers reported leaking and cracked vials
The recall follows customer complaints of leaking and cracked vials, which compromise sterility assurance. The company's investigation also found particulate matter identified as nylon, cellulosic material, acrylic, polyethylene and glass inside affected vials.
