Berlin – September 10, 2026 -- Haier showcased an AI-driven smart home ecosystem at IFA 2026 in Berlin, covering laundry, food preservation, cooking, entertainment and robotics under the theme "Home of Smart Possibilities."
The Vision 15 washing machine adjusts its own settings mid-cycle
Using an internal camera, sensors and algorithms, the Vision 15 detects laundry load, balance and foam levels, then automatically adjusts water amount, detergent dosing, drum movement and program settings.
A prototype fridge reads what food is stored inside it
The Maestro prototype combines several preservation technologies with an AI Food Care System 2.0 that identifies stored ingredients and recommends storage conditions to help users manage food more efficiently.
An oven camera decides when a dish is actually done
The ID Ultimate Series 6 oven uses an internal camera to recognize food, track cooking progress and stop the program once the desired result is reached. In the living room, Haier's UltraSense AI analyzes content and ambient conditions to adjust picture and sound on its smart TVs in real time.

Haier's smart home platform passed 130 million registered users in 2025
According to Euromonitor International, Haier Smart Home was ranked the world's top smart home company by 2025 global smart home revenue. The company's platform recorded 86.1 billion smart-scene interactions during the year.
Humanoid robots and an exoskeleton extend AI beyond appliances
Haier displayed humanoid robots interacting with appliances, robotic cleaning systems designed to recognize objects and dirt types, and robotic companions built for voice assistance. The Haier Exoskeleton uses sensors and algorithms to interpret movement intent in real time, adjusting assistance to support mobility while preserving natural movement.
The portfolio is built on Haier's "10+N" open innovation system, which links global research resources with local user insights. In the first half of 2026, Haier topped IPRdaily's global smart home invention patent list for the 15th consecutive time. Over the next five years, Haier plans to invest at least 13 billion euros in core technologies including AI, semiconductors and IoT security. The company's smart home technologies are on display in Hall 3.1, Stand 101, at IFA 2026 in Berlin, running from September 4 to 8.
