Haier Unveils AI-Powered Connected Home Ecosystem at IFA 2026

Berlin – September 10, 2026 -- Haier, the world's No. 1 major appliance brand for 17 consecutive years according to Euromonitor International, showcased an AI-driven connected home ecosystem at IFA 2026, spanning laundry, refrigeration, cooking, entertainment, digital services and robotics.

Cameras and sensors let appliances adjust in real time

The Vision 15 washing machine uses a built-in camera, sensors and algorithms to detect load size, balance and foam levels, then automatically adjusts water levels, detergent dosing, drum movement and program settings. The Maestro refrigeration prototype's AI Food Care System 2.0 identifies stored ingredients and recommends storage conditions. The ID Ultimate Series 6 oven uses its own camera to identify food, track cooking progress and stop a program once the desired result is reached. In the living room, UltraSense AI adjusts picture and sound on Haier's smart TVs based on content and ambient conditions.
