Cap Shack gets a new look and its own rum
The resort's beachfront bar and grill, led by Chef de Cuisine Primrose Ritchie-Gumbs, relaunches with a menu built around local ingredients: grilled Caribbean spiny lobster with Creole butter, a Sandy Ground lobster roll with curried brown-butter mayo and mango chow, and Island Harbour crayfish cooked over open flame. Cap Juluca also debuts CAP RUM, a small-batch, barrel-aged rum made exclusively for the property in partnership with Topper's Rhum.
Chef Gregory Gourdet headlines a three-day residency in December
The resort's Culinary Shores series returns for its tenth edition, running December 17–19 with chef Gregory Gourdet, known for Caribbean-inspired cooking at his Portland restaurant Kann and New York's Maison Passerelle. His residency includes a beachfront barbecue at Cap Shack and a two-day takeover of the resort's Pimms dining experience.
Guerlain's Longeviskin arrives exclusively at Cap Juluca's spa
Cap Juluca Spa by Guerlain becomes the first and only destination in the Caribbean and Latin America to offer Longeviskin, a personalized skin-longevity treatment that combines seven skincare technologies in a single device with Guerlain's Art of Touch technique. New treatment options include Ultimate Longevity, Radiant Glow and Pure Perfection.
Days on Maundays Bay run from sunrise yoga to private boat trips
Guests can start mornings with yoga, Pilates or fitness sessions on the sand, then spend the day sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing or riding horses, with private boat excursions available to Prickly Pear Cays. Evenings shift to waterfront dining at Pimms and Uchu, including oceanfront dinners and private dining beneath the stars.
