Anguilla – October 30, 2026 -- The Anguilla Culinary Experience (ACE) returns for its sixth year from April 28 to May 2, 2027, with five days of chef collaborations, beachside bartending contests and cooking competitions across the island. New York chef Marc Forgione has joined the 2027 lineup as a guest chef.

Last year's festival turned the island into a shared dining room

In 2026, award-winning guest chefs and Anguilla's own culinary stars cooked side by side at restaurants, resorts, villas and on the beach. The program included a music-filled opening night party at beachfront Karaya and a wine-pairing dinner at Jacala with Grands Vins de France. Multicourse dinners ran at Malliouhana, Four Seasons Resort Anguilla and Zemi Beach House, and a six-hands dinner took place at Villa Alegria.

Anguilla – October 29, 2026 -- Travelers planning a Caribbean Christmas can get a complimentary seventh night at Villa Alegria, an oceanfront luxury villa on Anguilla's West End, with nightly rates starting at $2,900. The offer covers new reservations for stays from November 28 through Christmas week 2026, booked directly or through a travel advisor.

Two rate periods apply to the free-night offer

Guests must book at least seven consecutive nights within the eligible dates to receive the free night.

• Pre-holiday stays, November 28 to December 16, 2026: $2,900 per night
• Christmas and festive stays, December 17 to December 27, 2026: $6,500 per night

A 13% GST and a 10% service charge are added. The offer depends on availability and can change.

Anguilla – October 29, 2026 -- Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club has opened bookings for Trade Winds, a new five-bedroom villa on Merrywing Beach, at an introductory rate starting at $8,000 per night. The resort on Rendezvous Bay is also adding six Golf View One Bedroom Executive Suites, which welcome guests beginning in November 2026.

Trade Winds spreads across two floors and more than 9,500 square feet

The villa is built for families and larger groups that want space and privacy. It has three king bedrooms and two double bedrooms, six full bathrooms, two powder rooms, two living rooms and two dining areas. Four fully equipped kitchens are spread through the property.

Outdoors, guests get two private pools, a rooftop plunge pool and an outdoor shower. An elevator runs directly to the rooftop.

Anguilla -- Cap Juluca, A Belmond Hotel on Anguilla's Maundays Bay, reopens October 10, 2026, with a refreshed beach bar, a new bespoke rum and an exclusive spa treatment unavailable anywhere else in the Caribbean or Latin America.

Cap Shack gets a new look and its own rum

The resort's beachfront bar and grill, led by Chef de Cuisine Primrose Ritchie-Gumbs, relaunches with a menu built around local ingredients: grilled Caribbean spiny lobster with Creole butter, a Sandy Ground lobster roll with curried brown-butter mayo and mango chow, and Island Harbour crayfish cooked over open flame. Cap Juluca also debuts CAP RUM, a small-batch, barrel-aged rum made exclusively for the property in partnership with Topper's Rhum.
