Montreal – September 18, 2026 -- Frontier Airlines has launched a new booking option called Cancel for Any Reason, letting travelers cancel their flight up to 24 hours before departure and receive up to a full refund.
The option appears during checkout on Frontier's website and app
Powered by HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions), the feature lets customers choose their preferred level of refundability when booking through FlyFrontier.com or the Frontier mobile app. The refund amount depends on which option a customer selects at the time of purchase.
Cancellations are processed quickly, with refunds returned to the original form of payment, according to the companies.
The launch expands an existing partnership between Frontier and HTS
Cancel for Any Reason builds on Frontier's existing Disruption Assistance for Any Reason product, also powered by HTS, which offers real-time options when flights are disrupted. That earlier product has received a 9 out of 10 customer satisfaction rating, the companies said.

"Cancel for Any Reason makes it easier to book with confidence, knowing that if plans change, customers have a simple and convenient option available to them."
HTS frames the move as part of a broader shift toward flexible travel booking
