Fort Lauderdale – October 31, 2026 -- Royal Princess has left a two-week Singapore drydock with an Irish pub, 20 new cabins, a premium all-inclusive Sanctuary Collection and a redesigned casino, ahead of a summer season sailing from Sydney.
Sanctuary Collection arrives on the 3,595-guest ship
The October 16-30 refit brings the all-inclusive Sanctuary Collection to Royal Princess, part of a rollout to five Royal-Class ships. It includes access to the Sanctuary Club, elevated amenities and personalized service. Newly built ocean-view staterooms can now be booked in the collection, alongside suites, mini-suites, deluxe balcony and balcony staterooms.
The Sanctuary Restaurant, open only to Sanctuary Collection guests, now operates on deck 6 next to the Concerto Dining Room. The Sanctuary Club joins the collection on April 22, 2027. Until then, adult guests 16 and older can preview it. The space was formerly the Retreat Pool and The Sanctuary.
The drydock adds 20 guest cabins
The new cabins break down as six mini-suites, seven oceanview rooms, two interiors and five single interiors.
O'Malley's Irish Pub replaces Vines on deck 5
O'Malley's takes over the former Vines location on the Piazza. It pairs Irish-inspired food and favorite beverages with a lively neighborhood-pub atmosphere.
Bellini's has grown into the former Photo Gallery space. The larger bar overlooks the Piazza and serves Bellini-inspired cocktails, champagne, sparkling wines and other specialty drinks.
The casino loses a staircase and gains slot space
Princess Casino has been reconfigured into a more open gaming area with extra room for slot machines. The staircase linking decks 6 and 7 was removed so the floor could expand.
Effy jewelry boutique and a new retail partner
The Effy jewelry boutique has been refreshed. The Shops of Princess have also been upgraded and now run with a new onboard retail partner, Starboard.
Royal Princess spends the season in Sydney
After Singapore, Royal Princess heads to Sydney for a season of voyages to Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific, plus shorter coastal getaways. She is one of three Princess ships sailing in the region during 2026-27, a season with 42 unique itineraries and 62 departures.
