Waldenbuch, November 2021 - After almost three years of construction, Alfred Ritter GmbH & Co. KG is opening the extension to its chocolate headquarters. The state-of-the-art, sustainable building is currently being certified by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). It is a clear commitment to the Waldenbuch site and, with a volume of around 20 million euros, an important investment in the future of the chocolate manufacturer.

We only use « fromage AOP » (PDO cheese) which means, Protected Designation of Origin cheese.
This label refers to the region and production area of a specific cheese, whose characteristics are strictly related to a geographic area, the only place where it can be produced.
We have selected 7 differents cheeses for all cheese lovers ! To sublimate the cheeses, we brought a twist to each, for example the black pepper from Madagascar for the Comté or the Espelette Chilli Pepper for the Ossau Iraty (a very famous pepper in the Ossau Iraty region).
We created 2 textures, the crispy shortbread and the crunchy cracker.
