Gourmia's New 12-Slice Air Fryer Oven Hits Costco for $159.99

Brooklyn – September 24, 2026 -- Gourmia has launched a new 12-Slice Stainless Steel Digital Countertop Oven Air Fryer exclusively at Costco, priced at $159.99 and available both in-store and on Costco.com.

The appliance, model GTF7890, is Gourmia's largest air fryer oven to date, built with a 43-liter capacity that can fit a 15-inch pizza, a 20-pound turkey, or a 15-by-13-inch baking pan across five rack positions.

A top-mounted display makes settings easier to reach

The oven introduces a new Easy-Reach Control Panel, placing the digital touch display above the cooking cavity rather than at the front, so settings stay visible and accessible during use.

CookFlow progress bars show cooking status at a glance

A new feature called CookFlow adds on-screen progress bars that track preheating and cooking in real time, letting users check how a meal is coming along without opening the door.

Thirteen one-touch functions cover most everyday cooking needs

The oven offers 13 preset functions, including air fry, bake, roast, slow cook, dehydrate, and popcorn, aimed at handling everything from breakfast to pizza night in a single countertop unit.

Other features include the brand's patented FryForce 360 technology for circulating heated air, quartz heating elements for faster and more even heat, and a temperature probe that automatically shuts the oven off once food reaches a selected doneness. A Dual Cook setting can automatically switch between two cooking functions or temperatures for recipes requiring multiple stages.

The oven also comes with an interior light, an optional preheat and mute setting, and included accessories: an oven rack, baking pan, air fry basket, crumb tray, and cord wrap.

"Kitchen appliances earn their place on the counter when they make everyday cooking easier, and this oven was created to do exactly that with more capacity and intuitive features," said Heshy Biegeleisen, founder of Gourmia.
