New York – September 24, 2026 -- HexClad has launched its first bakeware line, a six-piece collection priced between $179 and $399, now available for pre-sale with shipping expected to begin October 5.
Four years of development produced a new nonstick formula
The kitchenware brand spent four years engineering HexClad Hybrid Bakeware, adapting its signature hybrid technology from cookware to the oven. The line uses a new PFAS-free ceramic nonstick called TerraBond, which the company says withstands oven temperatures up to 900°F while remaining metal-utensil and dishwasher safe.
The collection includes six pieces built for even heat distribution
The set covers a 9-by-13-inch rectangular cake pan, two 9-inch round cake pans, an 8-by-8-inch square cake pan, a 10-by-15-inch baking sheet, and a 9.5-by-14.5-inch stainless-steel cooling rack. HexClad says the pieces are engineered to resist warping and are covered by its lifetime warranty.
Chefs including Gordon Ramsay tested the line before launch
Members of HexClad's Global Culinary Council, including Gordon Ramsay, Massimo Bottura, Dominique Crenn, Nancy Silverton, Clare Smyth and Paul Ainsworth, tested prototypes under real-world cooking conditions. Their feedback shaped adjustments intended to satisfy both professional and home use.
"Bakeware has been one of the most requested categories from our customers, but solving it the HexClad way was much more complicated than simply taking our cookware and putting it in the oven,
