Berlin – September 23, 2026 -- Morphy Richards closed out IFA Berlin 2026 with two award wins, including recognition for a hose-free portable air conditioner and a dehumidifier honored for design.
The British small appliance brand, marking its 90th anniversary this year, presented its "Smart Ideas" product philosophy at the trade show, spanning both kitchen appliances and home air treatment devices.
The D1 Ultra Dehumidifier earned a Best in Design honoree spot at the IFA Innovation Awards.
The award is judged by an international panel recognizing innovation, design, and engineering across consumer tech categories.
The S1 Pro Air Conditioner picked up Best of IFA 2026 awards from HOMECRUX and Gadget Review.
The S1 Pro uses a hose-free, ductless design, removing the need for a traditional exhaust-hose installation. It combines air conditioning, fan, and dehumidification functions in one plug-and-play unit built for flexible cooling in modern living spaces. Morphy Richards also displayed the S1 Lite, a smaller version using the same ductless setup.
The company showcased new kitchen appliances developed by its Chinese and British design teams.
The lineup included the Fusion Kettle and Toaster, the InfuseChill Flavored Ice Maker, a coffee machine, and new Clay and Cassini collections. Morphy Richards was founded in 1936 and used IFA Berlin 2026 to mark its 90th anniversary under the theme "Forged by Time. Inspired by Tomorrow."
