Tilton, Ill. – September 17, 2026 -- Parkway Dispensary has been named Best Cannabis Dispensary in Central Illinois at the 2026 People's Choice Awards, presented by The News-Gazette, marking the third consecutive year the locally owned shop has taken the title.
Voters picked Parkway for the 2024, 2025, and 2026 awards
The People's Choice Awards are determined entirely by public vote, meaning the win reflects direct customer feedback rather than industry judging. Parkway, located in Tilton and serving the Danville and Vermilion County area, opened in September 2023.

The dispensary sources lab-tested flower, concentrates, and edibles directly from independent Illinois cultivators and processors. Parkway says this direct-sourcing model gives customers access to craft-grown products not available elsewhere in the region.

Parkway plans to roll out curbside pickup and the ability to serve Illinois medical cannabis cardholders, with further details expected in the coming weeks. The dispensary is open seven days a week, with online ordering available through its website.
