Shenzhen – October 30, 2026 -- VAPORESSO has introduced VAST, a refillable pod system for adult users that the company says is ready one second after filling and holds 10 mL of e-liquid in total.
The coil saturates in one second
According to VAPORESSO, VAST is the industry's first open-system device that needs no priming wait. A new wicking structure fully saturates the coil one second after filling. That replaces the several-minute wait common with refillable devices and helps reduce dry hits caused by insufficient priming.
A 2 mL pod and 8 mL refill container add up to 10 mL
The 10 mL total capacity is meant to stretch the time between refills for everyday use and travel. The design pairs a 2 mL pod with an 8 mL refill container and was developed with applicable TPD capacity requirements in mind.
Tri-Core Mesh packs three resistance levels into one pod
The new Tri-Core Mesh Technology combines 0.8Ω, 0.6Ω and 0.4Ω in a single pod. One click switches between three modes, with no pod or coil swap:
- ECO: smoother, longer-lasting use
- NOR: a balance of flavor and vapor for everyday use
- PWR: more intensive flavor and vapor production
A nano-scale coating protects the heating wire
CORE GUARD Technology adds a nano-scale coating that helps protect the heating wire against e-liquid corrosion. In VAPORESSO's testing, each pod supports up to six refills with stable performance.
Upgraded SSS 3.0 Leak-Resistant Technology manages e-liquid and condensation to reduce leakage during daily use and travel.
