Veer Hauler: A $599 Fold-Flat Gear Cart That Lets You Pack Once

Atlanta – October 13, 2026 -- The Veer Hauler, a modular flatbed gear cart priced at $599 MSRP, is available now on goveer.com and aims to end the cycle of packing, unpacking and repacking gear for every outing.

Veer built the system around one idea: pack once, roll everywhere. The company, which launched in 2017 with the Veer Cruiser stroller-wagon hybrid, is now extending its approach from hauling kids to hauling everything else that comes with a day outside.

Lift-off SmartBins move gear from car to destination fully packed

The Hauler combines a SmartDeck flatbed with removable SmartBins. Bins can be packed once, then lifted on and off the Hauler while still full. They come in two sizes and stack up to three high.

The Hauler is also an open system. It works with standard containers people already own, including Rubbermaid and Sterilite bins, so buyers do not have to start from scratch.

The SmartDeck carries coolers, chairs and oversized items directly

Coolers, folding chairs, sports equipment, camping gear and other bulky items can ride straight on the deck. Integrated tie-down points and included short bungees secure the load.

"We wanted to create a system that makes the whole cycle easier," said Nick McKay, Veer's co-founder and CEO, describing a flow from packing and hauling to unloading and storage.

The frame is rated to pull 500 pounds on smooth ground

On smooth, hard, flat ground, the frame is rated to pull up to 500 pounds and push up to 300 pounds. An adjustable handle switches between pushing and pulling without stopping, and a one-touch foot brake holds the Hauler in place.

Standard soft-tread polyurethane wheels are designed for pavement, packed paths, grass and gravel. Optional Beach Wheel and High Performance Wheel Kits cover sand and tougher terrain.

The Hauler folds flat to 14 inches for storage

The frame folds flat in a single motion, and the wheels detach with a one-touch quick release. With wheels on, the collapsed frame measures 14 inches high. Without wheels, it drops to 9 inches. Empty SmartBins collapse to two inches and stack three high.

The Hauler comes with a 2-year warranty. Additional SmartBins and accessories are sold separately.
