A full load of laundry now takes just 40 minutes
Beko's new Ultimate40' washing program uses patented UltimateWash Technology, including an enhanced drum paddle and updated algorithm, to clean a full load in 40 minutes. The company says this cuts time and energy use by up to 35% on daily wash cycles compared with its WML 91433 NP machine, without sacrificing cleaning performance.
Ovens self-clean in under an hour using 420°C heat
Beko's PyroPro Self-Cleaning Technology burns away grease and food residue at 420°C, leaving only ash that wipes away. The full cycle takes 59 minutes and uses up to 47% less energy than a standard pyrolytic clean, according to the company.
New fridges keep food fresh for 30% longer
Beko's updated refrigerator range uses AeroFlow technology to maintain stable internal temperatures, extending freshness by up to 30%, based on tests on foods including carrots, strawberries and cheese. The lineup includes 54cm built-in and 60cm freestanding bottom-mount models, plus larger 91cm multi-door and side-by-side units capable of producing up to 2kg of ice per day.
Whirlpool washers cut energy use well below EU efficiency limits
Whirlpool's WPM 912G ADS IT washing machine, with 9kg capacity, runs 60% more efficiently than the EU's A energy class threshold. The brand's MattProtect surface technology also offers up to three times greater scratch resistance and easier cleaning than standard glossy ceramic glass, based on testing by TÜV Rheinland.
Hotpoint's pizza function bakes a crispy crust in three minutes
Hotpoint, founded in 1911, has added a high-heat pizza setting to its ovens that delivers a crispy crust and evenly cooked toppings in three minutes, with three intensity levels for different dough types. Its tumble dryers use FabricCare Technology to reduce friction on fabrics, offering up to twice as gentle a drying cycle compared with dryers lacking the feature, according to testing by SGS.
