LiberNovo Debuts Maxis Chair for Big & Tall Users at IFA 2026

Hong Kong – September 09, 2026 -- LiberNovo is showcasing its new Maxis Series ergonomic chair, built specifically for taller, broader and heavier users, at IFA 2026 in Berlin, running September 4 to 8 at Messe Berlin's Hall 7, Stand 7.2a-105.

The Maxis Series was engineered rather than simply scaled up from a standard chair frame. It features a 52 cm (20.5-inch) seat depth, a wider cushion, a reinforced frame, an aluminum-alloy base and four-direction armrests, giving larger users more room and stability during long work, gaming or creative sessions.

Three Maxis versions offer a five-stage recline from 105 to 160 degrees

Maxis Manual uses a knob to adjust lumbar depth. Maxis Electric adds motorized lumbar support along with OmniStretch, a guided back-stretching feature. Maxis Airflow builds in active seat ventilation for use in warmer environments.

Omni Pro picks up two IFA Innovation Award nominations

Alongside Maxis, LiberNovo is displaying its Omni Pro and Omni SE chairs at the same stand. Omni Pro, which combines motorized lumbar adjustment, OmniStretch and Active Airflow, has been nominated in the Best in Design and Best in Tech for Good & Accessibility categories of the IFA Innovation Awards. Omni SE offers a manually adjusted, lower-cost entry point into LiberNovo's ergonomic seating line.

LiberNovo donates Omni chairs to Special Olympics New York offices

The company is sponsoring Special Olympics New York with a donation of Omni ergonomic chairs for staff at the organization's Albany headquarters, New York City office and Long Island office. The chairs are intended for the teams coordinating programs and managing volunteers behind the scenes of Special Olympics events.

Media, retail partners and visitors can view the Maxis Series in person at Hall 7, Stand 7.2a-105 through September 8.
