Peppermint pairs with dark chocolate wafers
The Peppermint Ice Cream Sandwiches put cool peppermint ice cream between dark chocolate wafers. The Gingerbread version combines gingerbread-flavored ice cream with graham wafers. Both are part of FatBoy's Thick N' Creamy lineup and are available for a limited time.

Russell Stokes, CEO of Casper's Ice Cream, the company behind FatBoy, said peppermint and gingerbread carry a sense of nostalgia. The team wanted to turn them into frozen treats that feel "familiar and a little unexpected." He added that fans rely on FatBoy for an extra thick, creamy bite made with real ice cream.
Six retail chains stock the new flavors across 13 states
Shoppers can look for the sandwiches at select Albertsons, WinCo, Bashas', Eight Point, AFS and Bristol Farms locations. The states are Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington.
