New York – September 15, 2026 -- Gregorys Coffee is marking its 20th anniversary with a limited-time fall menu, available through October at its coffee houses, featuring Banana Foster-inspired drinks, returning pumpkin favorites and a new breakfast lineup with up to 47 grams of protein.
Banana Foster flavors span espresso, matcha and chai
The new lineup includes the Banana Foster Latte, made with espresso, banana, butter rum, cinnamon sugar, banana chips and oat milk, with an iced version topped with toasted maple rum vegan foam. The Banana Bread Chai pairs banana and butter rum with spiced chai and oat milk, while the Banana Foster Matcha Latte adds ceremonial-grade matcha to the same banana and butter rum base.
"Banana Foster is a dessert everybody already knows, and getting the banana right took the longest," said Gregory Zamfotis, founder of Gregorys. "Once we had it, it carried across espresso, matcha and chai."
Pumpkin drinks return alongside a summer holdover
The Pumpkin Spice Latte, a vegan take made with espresso, pumpkin spice, vanilla and oat milk, is back for the season, along with the Smashing Pumpkin Cold Brew. For customers not ready for fall, the Honey Ace -- a mix of yuzu, wild raspberry and lemonade with boba and cucumber -- stays available at participating locations in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut through September 13.
New sandwiches pack up to 47 grams of protein
Gregorys is also rolling out an elevated breakfast sandwich menu, with two fresh-cracked eggs made in-store for every sandwich. New options include the Ham, Egg & Cheese Croissant; Bacon, Egg & Cheese English Muffin; Sausage, Egg & Cheese English Muffin; Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant; and a Prosciutto, Egg & Brie Baguette layered with bacon, prosciutto, arugula, brie spread and fig jam.
"That is not the fast way to do it, and it is why they taste the way they do," said Jax Sperling, Vice President of Culinary & Supply Chain for Craveworthy Brands, of the two-egg preparation.
Rewards members get bonus perks in late September and October
On National Coffee Day, September 29, Gregorys Rewards members who make a purchase will earn 400 Gs, redeemable for a free drip coffee or toward another reward. On National Frappe Day, October 7, members can get a buy-one, get-one-free frappe.
