Dose Launches Clinically Tested Liquid Supplement for Blood Pressure

New York – September 28, 2026 -- Dose has launched Dose for Blood Pressure, a doctor-formulated liquid supplement designed to support healthy blood pressure, blood flow, vascular function and circulation. The product went on sale August 31 exclusively at dosedaily.co, priced at $90 for a three-pack or $160 for a six-pack of 16 fl oz bottles (8 servings each), or $4.99 per single-serving 2 fl oz bottle and $99 for a 24-pack.

The formula combines a proprietary plant blend with CoQ10, grapeseed and folate

Rather than relying on a single ingredient, Dose built a multi-mechanism formula pairing a proprietary Veldt Grape & Turmeric Blend with science-backed CoQ10, grapeseed and folate. The company says the combination supports healthy blood flow, vascular function, cellular and heart health, antioxidant activity and cardiovascular wellness. It took 18 months and more than 100 iterations to finalize the recipe, marking Dose's first new product launch since 2022.

A clinical trial tested the finished formula, not just its ingredients

In a four-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of healthy adults without hypertension, Dose for Blood Pressure showed a statistically significant positive effect on both systolic and diastolic blood pressure when taken in one to two daily servings. Among participants taking two servings daily, 91% showed a positive impact on systolic blood pressure and 74% showed a positive impact on diastolic blood pressure, based on at least a 2 mmHg change. The company says the results complement, but are not directly comparable to, separate studies on the DASH diet and regular exercise.

Dose says the product expands its focus beyond liver and cholesterol health

Dose for Blood Pressure joins the brand's existing liver health and cholesterol supplements, extending its liquid-format lineup to a third major health marker. Founder Vasu Goyal said blood pressure was a logical next step because, like liver function and cholesterol, it can shift quietly over time without obvious symptoms. Dr. Jiah Pearson-Leary, the company's Director of Science, said the team validated the complete finished formula through clinical testing rather than relying solely on research into individual ingredients.

The product is vegan, kosher, gluten-free and non-GMO. Dose notes that statements about the supplement have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
