Stamford, Conn. – September 22, 2026 -- NIVEA has launched a new body lotion, Smooth & Glow Body Milk, priced starting at $5.99 and now available nationwide on TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, Walgreens and CVS.
The formula absorbs within seconds and promises 72 hours of moisture
The ultra-light body milk is designed for normal to dry skin, immediately smoothing rough texture while delivering long-lasting hydration. It's enriched with Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid and a Deep Nourishing Serum blend, and comes in a 6.7 fl. oz. tube. The product is dermatologically tested for skin compatibility.
A 2025 study found dissatisfaction with existing lotion options
According to the 2025 Finch Panel Hand and Body Lotion User Study cited by the brand, 43% of lotion users addressing rough, dry or dull skin are dissatisfied with current offerings. Beiersdorf developed the new formula to address that gap, pairing familiar skincare ingredients with a lightweight, fast-absorbing texture.
NIVEA positions the price against body milks costing up to 4x more
Beiersdorf notes some competing body milks on the market are priced at up to four times the cost of the new NIVEA product.
