MIAMI – October 29, 2026 -- Shaklee's new YOUTH Exosome Bio-Signal Serum goes on sale October 29, 2026, at Shaklee.com for $89.15, and it is the first exosome serum to carry the EWG VERIFIED mark.
Three med-spa-inspired technologies in one bottle
Each of the serum's three core ingredients draws on a popular med-spa treatment, according to the company. Together they are meant to support the skin's natural renewal process.
- Marine spicules: microscopic structures that create microchannels to support surface renewal and help ingredients penetrate.
- Exosomes: probiotic-derived bio-signaling ingredients designed to support cellular communication.
- PDRN: a rice-derived ingredient that supports hydration, recovery and a healthy-looking skin barrier.
A 28-day trial reports 91% smoother-looking skin
The clinical study followed 23 women, ages 29 to 58, who used the serum once nightly for 28 days. Results reported by Shaklee:
- 91% had smoother-looking skin.
- 4 out of 5 had firmer, more elastic skin, improved moisture retention and a stronger skin barrier.
- Pore size dropped by an average of 37%.
A separate 28-day consumer perception study also involved 23 people. In it, 75% said their skin felt refreshed and healthier right after the first application. After 14 days, 100% saw an improvement in their skin's overall appearance.
EWG VERIFIED status addresses ingredient transparency
The EWG VERIFIED mark goes to products that meet the Environmental Working Group's standards for ingredient safety, transparency and formulation. Shaklee says the mark gives shoppers more confidence in what they apply, as exosomes become one of skincare's most talked-about ingredients.
Shaklee Chairman and CEO Roger Barnett says the company sees skincare moving toward supporting skin's own renewal, regenerative and restorative processes rather than simply looking younger.
