Richmond, Rhode Island – October 29, 2026 -- Valmont facials now start at $350 at The Hilltop Lodge & Spa, making The Preserve Sporting Club & Resort one of only four Valmont spas in the United States.
Valmont brings Swiss treatments to a 3,500-acre resort
The Preserve, a 3,500-acre sporting destination in Richmond, has partnered with Valmont, a Swiss luxury skincare house with more than 40 years of history. The new Valmont for The Hilltop Lodge & Spa program adds signature facial and body treatments to the resort's hilltop spa. Valmont combines Swiss cellular cosmetic research with ingredients inspired by the country's natural resources and is known for its use of Salmon DNA.
Guests can pair treatments with a cold plunge and infinity-edge pool
The spa sits above The Preserve's forested landscape and is meant as a counterpoint to the resort's outdoor and sporting activities. Guests can add time in the outdoor infinity-edge pool, heated whirlpools, private sauna, cold plunge and steam shower.

The resort pitches the spa as a complement to its sporting clays, golf, hiking, fishing, equestrian activities, off-road driving and dining.
The Hilltop Spa welcomes hotel guests and Preserve members, and it is open to the public Mondays through Thursdays. Advance reservations are recommended.
