Human Longevity Extends $1M Cancer Pledge to Breast Cancer

San Francisco – October 16, 2026 -- Human Longevity, Inc. (HLI) now offers up to $1 million in treatment and clinical support to eligible members diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer, after expanding its Cancer Prevention Pledge to cover the disease. The support is subject to program terms.

CEO and Chairman Dr. Wei-Wu He says the company is confident enough in its detection approach that no member under its ongoing care should reach stage IV without earlier detection. The pledge is meant to provide backing if advanced cancer develops anyway.

Whole genome sequencing anchors the screening approach

HLI combines genome sequencing, advanced diagnostics, and ongoing physician care. Its program includes three elements:

  • Whole genome sequencing that analyzes BRCA1, BRCA2, and other genes linked to inherited cancer risk.
  • Risk-based mammography, dedicated breast MRI when clinically indicated, and other evaluations. HLI also considers multi-cancer early detection (MCED) tests as a complement to established screening.
  • AI-enabled analysis that integrates genomic, imaging, biomarker, and clinical data, with physician guidance and follow-up.
Investigational treatments could be part of the support

HLI says long-term care builds a detailed health history to guide individualized treatment decisions. The company is working with innovators to speed access to precision treatments and clinical trials.

Dr. He pointed to investigational mRNA cancer vaccines and tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapies as options that may help with certain advanced cancers. Availability depends on cancer type, clinical eligibility, and regulatory status.

Members must stay enrolled and keep up with screenings

To qualify, members must maintain continuous enrollment in HLI's Executive Health Program or an eligible 100+ Longevity Program. They must also complete recommended screenings and satisfy HLI's Cancer Screening Commitment Agreement.

For eligible stage IV breast cancer diagnoses during active participation, support may include qualifying treatment costs, care coordination, specialist consultations, and personalized treatment planning. Eligibility, covered services, limitations, and financial contributions are governed by the applicable agreement and program terms.
