Naturepedic's EOS Quadlux: An All-Latex Mattress With Zip-In Layers

CHAGRIN FALLS, Ohio – November 04, 2026 -- Naturepedic's new EOS Quadlux, a 13-inch all-latex organic mattress priced from $3,599 to $7,099, lets each partner set their own firmness and swap out layers later instead of buying a new bed.

It is sold direct-to-consumer, in more than 20 Naturepedic flagship stores and through more than 150 retailers nationwide.

Four split latex layers replace coils and springs

The Quadlux is built from four layers of certified organic latex. Each layer is split down the middle and zipped into its own organic cotton encasement. The top two layers can be set from plush to extra firm on each side. The bottom two layers are firm by default and provide the foundational support that coils traditionally deliver.

The cover matches the EOS Classic, with a quilted organic cotton and wool top and a brass zipper. The Quadlux stands one inch taller. Sleepers can rearrange or replace layers on one side or both as their needs change.

Each side of the bed offers five firmness levels

Options are Plush, Medium, Cushion-Firm, Firm and Extra Firm. Replacing individual layers adjusts the feel over time.

Naturepedic says the latex contours to the body without the sink of memory foam. It is meant to relieve pressure at the shoulders and hips and to encourage better alignment. Latex also absorbs movement so it does not travel across the bed, which should help light sleepers when a partner tosses and turns.

Perforated latex and wool target hot sleepers

The mattress pairs heat-releasing organic cotton with moisture-wicking wool. Perforated latex improves airflow through the comfort layers. Naturepedic says this keeps the surface temperature-neutral.

Chief Growth Officer Arin Schultz said the mattress lets each partner fine-tune their side from the first night and adjust it years later without starting over.

The mattress contains no flame retardants or polyurethane foam

The Quadlux uses certified organic cotton, wool and latex, plus GOTS-allowed accessory materials. It contains no flame retardants, fiberglass, polyurethane foam, glues or adhesives. Its certifications are GOTS, GOLS, EWG Verified, MADE SAFE, GREENGUARD Gold and UL Formaldehyde Free.

It ships roll-packed in recyclable kraft paper, with layers ready for at-home assembly.
