OM SYSTEM Launches First-Ever PEN Camera With Weatherproofing, Viewfinder
Bethlehem, Pa. – September 12, 2026 -- OM Digital Solutions Corporation will begin shipping the OM SYSTEM PEN in late October 2026, the first camera to carry the PEN name under the OM SYSTEM brand, priced at $999.99 USD.
The camera adds weather sealing and a viewfinder never before seen in the PEN lineup.
The PEN is an interchangeable lens camera built to the Micro Four Thirds System standard, following the rangefinder-style design lineage that began with the original PEN film camera in 1959. It is the first PEN model to include an electronic viewfinder and the first with IPX1-rated splash proof and dustproof construction, using sealing materials at key points on the camera body.
