National Land Partners (NLP) announced the grand opening of Brookside Preserve, a private large-acreage community. The limited release covers wooded estate homesites from 2.5 to more than 20 acres. The top-end listing is a 21.285-acre wooded property at $299,900.
Buyers attending the sale get the first chance to choose from the available properties. Private tours and priority sales appointments can be booked in advance.
