New York – September 18, 2026 -- FOX Nation will premiere its new dating series, Chris Harrison's The Vow, on November 11, with new episodes released weekly on Wednesdays through a December 9 season finale.
Chris Harrison returns to the genre he helped define
The six-episode series marks host Chris Harrison's return to relationship television. It follows 30-year-old bachelor Jace Cates as he pursues a relationship with ten women through curated dates and compatibility challenges designed to test shared values, faith, communication and long-term goals.
The show leans into commitment over quick chemistry
Unlike dating formats built around fleeting connections, The Vow centers on whether relationships can be built to last after filming ends. Contestants are encouraged to leave the process if they no longer see a genuine future with Cates. During the season, Sean and Catherine Lowe -- cited as one of the genre's most enduring couples -- will appear to share advice on building a lasting partnership.
FOX Nation president frames it as a shift in dating culture
Lauren Petterson, president of FOX Nation, said Harrison "helped shape one of television's most recognizable genres" and called the series a "fresh, thoughtful take" focused on genuine connection. Harrison said the show was inspired by what he described as a "faith-driven renaissance happening across America."

The Vow is produced in partnership with Lionsgate Alternative Television and executive produced by Chris Harrison, Lauren Zima, Nicholas Caprio and Tom Huffman, with Louis Caric as showrunner and executive producer and Elan Gale as consulting producer. Michael Shea directs, with casting by Lindsay Liles. FOX Entertainment Global distributes the series internationally and holds finished tape and format rights.
