Southlake – – September 11, 2026 -- Game Show Studio, an immersive entertainment experience that turns guests into contestants in a Hollywood-style game show, opens its newest location inside Red Door Escape Room at 280 Commerce St., Suite 285, in Southlake, Texas, on September 12.
The grand opening runs all weekend with discounts and giveaways
Starting Saturday, September 12 at 11:00 a.m., the public is invited to tour the venue, try mini-games and enter giveaways. Guests who book events during the celebration weekend get an exclusive discount of $25 per ticket.
This is the sixth Game Show Studio built inside a Red Door venue
The Southlake location is owned and operated by Red Door Escape Room, a Dallas-Fort Worth-based escape room company with more than 20 locations nationwide. Southlake marks a milestone for the partnership: it's the first Game Show Studio placed inside the original Red Door location, where the escape room brand has operated for over a decade.
"We've built an incredible partnership with Game Show Studio over the past few years as we've seen it be the perfect experience to complement our escape rooms," said Nick Madden, CEO of Red Door Escape Room. He added that the Southlake site holds special significance because it's where Red Door started, and the team expects the community to embrace the new addition.
The format is built for groups of eight to more than 20 people
Trained hosts and producers lead guests through games inside a studio setting, with formats aimed at corporate events, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations and other group outings.
The opening arrives ahead of corporate holiday party season
Game Show Studio offers customizable group packages built around a 60-minute, host-led game show experience. Packages include event theming, A/V support with a 10-foot LED screen, and coordination for catering, invitations and gifting, aimed at teams of 20 or more planning holiday events.
Game Show Studio Southlake will be open daily: 11:00 a.m. to 8:50 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 9:45 a.m. to 10:35 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
