Peptide Tracker 2.25.0 Adds Symptom Logging and Weekly Check-Ins

Los Angeles – October 16, 2026 -- Peptide Tracker, a free app for logging peptide protocols, now lets users record symptoms and see which doses they took on the days those symptoms appeared, with version 2.25.0 available on the App Store and Google Play.

Symptoms and doses appear side by side

From Symptoms on the Today screen, users can pick a symptom from a list or describe it in their own words. They then tap the days they noticed it, rate how much it got in the way, and add an optional note.

Tapping any logged symptom shows the doses taken on the days it appeared. Entries can be edited or deleted.

Co-Founder and CEO Kev Miller said the aim is for people to bring real notes, rather than fuzzy memories, to conversations with their providers.

A weekly check-in takes a few taps

Once a week, the Today screen asks whether anything came up. Users can report what they noticed or confirm they felt fine. The check-in can also appear right after a scheduled dose is logged, and users can turn it off or back on from Symptoms.

Two smaller additions help with daily routines

Stack and protocol details now show how many units to draw. During a protocol's final week, the Stack, Today, and protocol details screens display the number of days left.

Peptide Tracker launched in May 2026. It has since passed 50,000 downloads and holds a 4.9-star average rating on the App Store. The app is a tracking tool and does not provide medical advice.
