The Allure of Officina 81
One of the key attractions for visitors is the historic Officina 81 building itself, a former Fiat mechanical production plant dating back to 1939. The building has been meticulously restored to preserve its industrial character, featuring original green and mustard colors, concrete flooring, and metal pillars.

The Heritage Hub houses a remarkable collection of around 300 cars from iconic Italian brands such as Fiat, Lancia, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Autobianchi, and Jeep. The exhibition space showcases 64 vintage cars in eight thematic areas, including "Records and Races," "Concepts and Fuoriserie," "Archistars," "Eco and Sustainable," "Small and Safe," "Style Marks," "Epic Journeys," and "The Rally Era."1

In 2024, the Heritage Hub hosted two temporary exhibitions dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Abarth brand, further contributing to the record visitor numbers. Additionally, the "INSOLITE E SORPRENDENTI FIAT" exhibition, celebrating the 125th anniversary of Fiat, is still ongoing, offering visitors a glimpse into the lesser-known models and the brand's evolution.
