Plano, Texas – October 31, 2026 -- Toyota is showing five Woodland concept vehicles at the 2026 SEMA Show, built on the RAV4, Grand Highlander, Sienna, bZ and Crown Signia and equipped for trips beyond the pavement.
CALTY Design Research gives all five a shared look
CALTY Design Research built the Woodland identity around exploration with everyday usability. The common equipment list includes lift kits, large over-fenders, satin-black wheels, All-Terrain tires, roof racks and cross bars. Roofs and hoods get two-tone paint.
Horizon Blue paint borrows from Toyota's 1960s palette
Each model wears Horizon Blue, inspired by colors Toyota used in the 1960s on the Stout, Crown and Corona.
Electrified and family models take on a rugged role
The RAV4 Woodland Plug-in Hybrid Concept and the Sienna Woodland Concept show how electrified and family-focused vehicles can handle a more adventurous job. The Woodland bZ Concept carries the theme into Toyota's battery-electric lineup. The Grand Highlander Woodland Concept and the Toyota Crown Signia Woodland Concept offer two different takes on refinement and versatility.
Toyota describes the family as covering plug-in hybrid, hybrid and battery-electric powertrains, in compact, spacious and premium forms.
Prototype modifications come with warranty and legality caveats
Toyota notes that the vehicles are special project prototypes, modified with parts and accessories not available from Toyota. Those changes may void the warranty, may negatively affect performance and safety, and may not be street legal.
