San Jose, Costa Rica -- September 11, 2026 -- Americas Cardroom's Online Super Series XL generated $7,216,985 in prize pools and drew 62,847 entries during its opening four days, not counting entries from tournament flights.
From Sept. 6-9, 93 tournaments ran, completing the numbered schedule through OSS XL #70. Thirty-three of those events exceeded their guarantees by a combined $217,170.
The High Roller event delivered the series' largest prize pool so far
OSS XL #13, a $630 buy-in High Roller, drew 1,118 entries and turned its $600,000 guarantee into a $670,800 payout. Player BADGERING took first place for $130,210.
The $2,650 OSS XL #16 also surpassed its target, pulling in 203 entries for a $507,500 prize pool against a $500,000 guarantee. Following a final-table deal, NewYorkMidgets was listed as the official winner for $95,312, with KevinParCoeur taking $93,875 for second and Olivander1 earning $87,459 for third.
A low-stakes Sunday event drew the series' biggest field
The $16.50 OSS XL #11L Sunday Splash attracted 4,752 entries from 3,024 unique players, the largest field of the series so far. Winner lukewarmwater collected $10,953.
In the Mystery Bounty tournament OSS XL #12, the player who finished 43rd claimed the event's largest bounty prize of $15,120.
Leaderboard standings and multi-flight events are underway
Players are competing across High, Medium and Low leaderboard divisions for more than $60,000 in added cash and tournament tickets. GROOTHEDEGEN leads the High division with 2,381.59 points, while FEEDTHEPENGUIN tops the Medium division with 599.85 points.
Four multi-flight events carrying $2.225 million in combined guarantees are currently running. The first of three Main Events begins this Sunday, guaranteeing $500,000 with a $66 direct buy-in and satellites starting at $6.60.
OSS XL continues through Sept. 29, with 336 total events and more than $50 million guaranteed across the series.
