San José, Costa Rica – October 29, 2026 -- ACR Poker account holders now get a weekly newsletter from poker legend Chris Moneymaker, plus a $1 On-Demand tournament ticket with the first issue. The Moneymaker Minute debuted Wednesday, October 28, and will arrive automatically every Wednesday with no separate sign-up.
It is available only to players with an ACR Poker account. Each issue mixes player stories, tournament coverage, personal picks and occasional giveaways.
The first issue profiles a Brazilian player with $204,000 in Sunday Banana wins
The debut reviews the recent Dual Venom PKOs. It also profiles Brazilian player Gabriel "kingqueensuited" Tavares, who won back-to-back Sunday Banana titles in October for more than $204,000 in combined first-place winnings.
Three guaranteed tournaments headline the previews
The previews cover the conclusion of the $650,000 guaranteed Halloween Mystery PKO series and The Quattro, which has $75,000 in combined weekly guarantees. They also cover the $1 million guaranteed Moneymaker Mystery PKO.
A $1 ticket can start a path to the Bahamas
Moneymaker's recurring "Don't Punt This - My Pick of the Week" feature opens with Bahamas satellites. These offer qualification routes toward $30,000 WSOP Paradise packages. Eligible recipients of the first issue receive a $1 On-Demand tournament ticket that can start a potential qualifying path. It expires Monday, November 2, subject to eligibility and applicable terms.
Moneymaker is an ACR Poker Pro and the 2003 World Series of Poker Main Event champion. He qualified for that win through an online satellite and was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame in 2019.
The opening edition also points readers to ACR Poker's Telegram channel, which carries news, player stories, updates and giveaways.
