Mirasol Opens 18,000-Square-Foot Indoor Pickleball Complex

PALM BEACH GARDENS – October 28, 2026 -- Residents of The Country Club at Mirasol in Florida can now play pickleball year-round in a climate-controlled setting. The club has opened an 18,000-square-foot indoor complex that it describes as one of the largest dedicated indoor pickleball facilities in a South Florida country club community.

Seven regulation courts anchor the new facility

The complex has seven regulation-size courts. It also has a viewing area, a lounge, and dedicated retail and stretching areas.

It adds to the six outdoor courts at the club's family-friendly Sports Complex.

Indoor play means fewer program interruptions

Director of Sports Jeremy Barker said the indoor courts allow consistent, year-round play in professional-level conditions, with "fewer interruptions" to programming. Club and Association President Joe Nigro said amenities like this help keep Mirasol desirable in the South Florida market and protect property values. General Manager Eduard Cristal, CCM, pointed to the membership's support for the addition.

The complex is the second finished piece of Mirasol's Master Plan

The Master Plan is a multiphase effort to improve infrastructure, lifestyle amenities and the member experience. The pickleball complex follows the January 2026 opening of the expanded main security gatehouse.

A 41,000-square-foot clubhouse building is next

The next major opening is scheduled for fall 2026. The 41,000-square-foot building will house an indoor-outdoor restaurant overlooking the renovated practice facilities and the 18th holes of the Sunrise and Sunset golf courses. It will also include a reimagined Golf Shop with expanded retail and custom-fitting services, plus a grab-and-go dining outlet.
