NEW YORK – October 28, 2026 -- NORTIV 8 has launched Treeline, a ten-style footwear collection that gives trail running sneakers, hiking shoes, tactical boots and composite-toe work boots the same roomy toe box and 5mm heel-to-toe drop.
One sole platform underpins all ten styles
Treeline uses an outsole-first approach, built around a sole platform recognized by the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA). The extra forefoot space is meant to give toes more freedom to move, and the 5mm drop gives every style a low-drop profile. The tagline is "Walk the Line. Feel the Freedom."
Work and tactical boots add safety and quick-access features
Katahdin-Nano is a waterproof work boot with a non-metallic, non-magnetic Nano Composite Toe. It meets ASTM F2413-24 impact and compression (I/C) and electrical hazard (EH) requirements. It also has an EVA midsole, a leather-and-mesh upper and an MD-and-rubber outsole for uneven surfaces.
Pikes-Nano also uses a Nano Composite Toe, rated to ASTM F2413-24 I/75 impact and EH requirements. A metal side zipper and a hook-and-loop strap make it quick to put on, and a lugged rubber outsole helps shed mud. NORTIV 8 designed it for construction, warehouse, factory, delivery and security workers.
The Pikes tactical boot uses the same zipper-and-strap setup. It has a leather-and-nylon-mesh upper, an EVA midsole and a lugged rubber outsole meant to limit mud buildup.
Trail runners are made for dirt paths and city streets
Whitney comes in men's and women's versions. It has a jacquard mesh upper, an arch-support insole and a rubber outsole with 4mm lugs for dirt and paved surfaces.
Rainier targets neighborhood walks, light trails and short hikes. It has engineered mesh, TPU overlays, a removable insole and 4mm rubber lugs for dirt, gravel and mixed terrain.
Low-cut hiking shoes add waterproofing
Thielsen is a waterproof low-cut hiking sneaker with a leather-and-mesh upper and 4mm lugs for muddy paths. NORTIV 8 pitches it as an alternative to a bulky high-cut boot.
Mount Si is aimed at people who move between pavement and trail. It has a waterproof membrane, an abrasion-resistant Oxford fabric upper, and reinforced TPU at the toe and heel. Its MD-and-rubber outsole has 4mm lugs and a segmented heel for grip and flexibility.
Snoqualmie, a women's waterproof hiking shoe, is described as barefoot-inspired and has a quick-lace adjustment system.
