New York – September 18, 2026 -- BOOX has unveiled three new E Ink devices -- the Note Air6 C, Note Mini C, and Palma 3 -- all running Android 16 with built-in Google Play Store access to more than 2 million apps.
The Note Air6 C targets note-takers and readers who want an all-in-one workflow.
Priced at $579.99 and available now, the 10.3-inch color notebook features a Kaleido 3 display with 4096 colors and 300 ppi black-and-white resolution. New V4.3 firmware adds Dual Notes for side-by-side document annotation, an enhanced Calendar Memo with a Lasso tool, and Talk Insights, an AI-powered meeting and audio transcription feature. The device pairs with the included BOOX Pen3 stylus, offering 4096 pressure levels, and an optional keyboard folio that connects via pogo pins and charges through its own USB-C port. It runs on an octa-core 4nm processor with 6GB RAM, 64GB storage, and a 3700mAh battery, weighing roughly 430g at 5.8mm thin.
The Note Mini C shrinks the format to 8.52 inches for portability.
Also priced at $579.99 and set for future availability, the Note Mini C weighs about 300g and measures 6mm thin. It includes Google Play access to enterprise apps such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Slack, and OneDrive, letting users annotate cloud-synced documents with the included InkSight magnetic stylus. It shares the same 6GB RAM and 64GB storage as the Note Air6 C, with a 3150mAh battery.
The Palma 3 refines BOOX's palm-sized reader with an aluminum build.
Priced at $339.99 and coming soon, the Palma 3 replaces its plastic frame with anodized aluminum and a paper-textured fiberglass backplate. It packs a 3,950mAh battery, 128GB of storage, a 16MP rear camera with LED flash for document scanning, and new BOOX InkSense Plus handwriting support. The device includes 10GB of OnyxCloud storage and is available in black and white editions.
All three devices share Bluetooth 6.0, an upgraded octa-core processor, and BOOX's BSR refresh technology, which the company says delivers up to 40 percent faster page turns on the Note Air6 C.
