Dubai – September 12, 2026 -- Bybit has launched Bybit AI, a conversational assistant built into its app that lets users trade, check balances, and get customer support by typing plain-language requests instead of navigating menus.
Users can now trade by describing what they want
Instead of clicking through dashboards to place a trade or check a portfolio, users type a request into a single chat window and Bybit AI carries out the action. The assistant covers Spot, Futures, and Options trading, along with Bybit Earn, Copy Trading, Trading Bot, Loan, P2P, Bybit Card, Spot X, the Rewards Hub, and notification settings.
A dedicated sub-account keeps AI activity separate from main funds
To use the feature, eligible users must first activate it, which creates a dedicated Bybit AI sub-account isolated from the user's main balance. Bybit says this separation is designed to limit potential risk from AI-driven actions. Onboarding requires no API key or manual setup.
Customer support now blends AI with human agents
Bybit AI is also integrated into customer service, working alongside human agents rather than replacing them. The company says this is meant to resolve support queries faster while keeping a human touch available.
CEO Ben Zhou calls it part of a broader platform roadmap
"You tell Bybit AI what you want to do, and it helps you find the right products and services to get it done, like having a team of financial experts right in your pocket," said Ben Zhou, Co-founder and CEO of Bybit. He described the launch as part of Bybit's roadmap toward what the company calls its "New Financial Platform."
Bybit plans to unify more services through an Open API
Rockman Zhang, Bybit's CTO, said the goal is not to add another dashboard or chatbot but to bring trading, earn, loans, card, and support into one interface. Bybit says it plans to connect these services further through an Open API in future updates.
The rollout began with a livestream demo
Zhou demonstrated Bybit AI live on September 9, 2026, at 08:00 AM UTC, showing the assistant handling trading and account tasks in real time. The initial rollout is available to all users across the two modules covering trading features and intelligent support.
